Designing an Integrated National Financing Framework in Nigeria
We worked with the Government of Nigeria and UNDP to update the country’s Integrated National Financing Strategy, streamlining initiatives, establishing a monitoring framework, and integrating innovative financing practices to enhance resource mobilization.
Innovative global healh financing
We supported a national development agency in identifying innovative finance mechanisms in the global health sector. We examined funding sources, focusing on needs, trends, and key innovations, and offering actionable recommendations for partners.
Strengthening impact investing ecosystems
We conducted an institutional review for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, assessing private sector development and impact investing programs. Our analysis led to practical recommendations to refine program design and strengthen their overall impact.
Designing a Coffee Renovation Fund in Ethiopia
Working with the Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU), particularly the World Resources Institute, we designed a blended finance vehicle to provide smallholder coffee farmers with financial tools for the renovation and rehabilitation of their plantations.
Financing social entrepreneurship
We evaluated two flagship impact investing programs of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, focusing on social entrepreneurship and blended finance in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Financing sustainable energy solutions
Our team guided a Latin American renewable energy cooperative in securing financing for two mini-hydroelectric plants. By evaluating their business model, refining their pitch, and connecting them with investors, we helped them reach the final stages of obtaining necessary funding.
